Annual Convention
May 2, 2025
Idaho PTA is proud to announce our Annual Convention Friday, May 2, 2025 in Meridian, Idaho. PTA leaders and membership from all over the state will come together to become more educated and motivated to advocate on behalf of Idaho’s children. Idaho PTA offers parents, teachers, legislators, and students the opportunity to attend current and relevant workshops on leadership skills, teaching/learning styles, cultural arts, and many more subjects.
We would like to invite you to attend our Convention at the West Ada Training Center 1303 E Central Drive in Meridian, Idaho. Offering information about your products and services at this convention is a great way to reach parents and teachers from around the state. In turn, our members appreciate the opportunity to learn more about education services and fundraising opportunities from you.
Thank you in advance for your partnership with the Idaho PTA! We cannot be successful without you. It is through community support that our organization is able to do the important work of advocating for Idaho children and public education.

Vendor Information
The Idaho PTA Convention and Vendor Expo will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 8:30 to 11:30 am at the West Ada Training Center 1303 E Central Dr, Meridian, ID. The set up for the Vendor Expo starts at 7:30am.
Only organizations whose services and/or products are appropriately related to the education, health, welfare or personal development of children and youth shall be permitted to exhibit.*
Space is limited and will be assigned as contracts are received. Vendor and sponsor signups must be received no later than April 1. Payments are non-refundable if cancelled after April 1.
If you are providing inserts in Convention Bags (such as brochures, pamphlets, special offers, promotional items and/or business cards), please provide materials for 100 attendees to be received by April 18. If you live in the Boise area a drop off can be arranged with one of our board members. If mailing, please send to Angela Craft, 3736 W. Angelica Dr, Meridian, ID 83646.
Exhibitors must provide a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance. Certificates of Liability may be emailed to info@idahopta.org.
6’ tables will be provided. You will need to provide your own linens. Larger space accommodations can be made for Platnium - Meal Sponsors. There are some outlets so let us know in the comments if you need be near one. Please bring an extension cord.
Platinum - Meal Sponsors - a member of the convention committee will contact you by April 18 to schedule your speaking time.
