SCHOLARSHIPS
Idaho PTA Ann B Hayes Memorial Scholarship
Each year we offer two $1,000.00 Scholarships to be awarded to students attending an Idaho university.

Qualifications
Applicants must be graduating from high school in the current school year.
Applicants must be accepted to a college or university in Idaho.
The applicant must be a current PTSA/PTA member.
Applicants must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
Applicants must fully complete the application with the requested attachments.
Scholarship must be used within one year.
Applicants may receive only one total scholarship from Idaho PTA, including all its programs. Winners of this scholarship will be ineligible to receive additional leadership scholarships, etc. from Idaho PTA.
Winning applicants must supply Idaho PTA with their university ID or student number for correct payment to their student account at the designated school.
Applicant Instructions:
Complete pages 1 and 2 of the application and attach the required application materials. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation with their application. Select a teacher, counselor, administrator, coach, or other school staff member who has assisted or guided you during your high school years.
